By popular demand, here are some more photographs that I took from the Catapult performance on Wednesday night. I'll have some more photographs from the gala performance posted very soon.
I've only just completed photographing this evening, the official launch, and Mayoral reception of the Catapult Festival for 2009.
Here are just a few of the photographs that I captured from the opening. The main performances will be held at the Bathurst Memorial Entertainment Centre tomorrow night, starting at 7.00pm. I'll be there tomorrow night, photographing the performances and I'll post some of the highlights from the night.
As we near the end of Winter and the feeling of Spring time is in the air, it's a great time to gather the family together for some updated portrait photographs.
These are just some of the beautiful shots taken of the Schmaker family and their two little girls around their home. As a Dad, I can't believe how quickly your kids grow up before your very eyes. It's always important to cherish these tiny moments in their lives, because they don't stay kids forever.
The Schumaker family now have a lovely record of a moment in their daughter's lives that they can treasure always.
It's great to have a free weekend to spend with family & friends. And what better way to spend that time together than to go on a road trip for some serious billy cart action!
It was run in the centre of Gosford on the 16th August, down a steep and fast street circuit.
Thankfully there were no skinned knees or serious crashes on the day, just aching legs from dragging the carts up the hill.
Congratulations go to all the kids, ( and some of the Dads ) who competed with the true spirit of billy cart racing, to go fast and have fun. A special mention goes to Micheal & Seton for winning their race categories. They went up against some serious competition, but came out on top.
Everyone is already planning their race campaigns for next year, possibly with some newly designed carts.
Enjoy the photographs of highlights from the days competition.

Here are some of my favourite pictures, which I shot from last Saturday's Cabaret Kite at the Bathurst Memorial Entertainment Centre. There was some fantastic music performed on the night, which was broad & diverse in styles.
